Refund Policy

We provide a 6-day refund policy, which is available only for our standard individual recorded lecture series. Not for live batches, not for any sort of memberships (monthly, yearly). Our policy for cancellation and refund is as follows:

• Individual Recorded Lecture Series: A 6-day refund is fully applicable for all standard, individual recorded lecture series courses.

• Live Batches & Interactive Cohorts: Refunds are strictly not applicable for any live batches, live interactive training sessions, or fast-track cohorts, including the 15-Day Practical Growth Intensive.

• The Elite Excellence Suite & Monthly, Yearly membership: Although the Elite Excellence Suite and membership program consists of recorded lecture series, because it is offered as a highly discounted all-in-one comprehensive bundle program, refunds are strictly not applicable for the both.

For eligible individual recorded lecture courses, write to contact@pankajrathod.com within 6 days of purchase to claim a refund. Once processed, the money—excluding taxes—will be sent back to your original payment mode within 5-7 working days.
