Refund Policy

We provide a 6-day refund policy, which is available only for our standard individual recorded lecture series. Our policy for cancellation and refund is as follows:

• Individual Recorded Lecture Series: A 6-day refund is fully applicable for all standard, individual recorded lecture series courses.

• Live Batches & Interactive Cohorts: Refunds are strictly not applicable for any live batches, live interactive training sessions, or fast-track cohorts, including the 15-Day Practical Growth Intensive.

• The Elite Excellence Suite: Although the Elite Excellence Suite consists of recorded lecture series, because it is offered as a highly discounted all-in-one comprehensive bundle program, refunds are strictly not applicable for the Elite Excellence Suite.

For eligible individual recorded lecture courses, write to contact@pankajrathod.com within 6 days of purchase to claim a refund. Once processed, the money—excluding taxes—will be sent back to your original payment mode within 5-7 working days.
